fell in to the Gap

fell into the Gap

Do you remember the "fall in to the gap" ads? Well, I think I may have done just that. Again I have put together an outfit that is mostly Gap. I think I'm okay with it though!

I can't tell you how much I adore all my recent Gap purchases. And seriously - the Gap by my house has more sales than I can keep up with! Jentine talked about the soft spot in her heart for Gap and how she'll spring for Gap items at thrift stores. And I couldn't agree more! When I was a nanny, I would notice how the kids would out grow their Gap clothes before it ever looked worn out. In fact, I just threw out 2 gap sweaters because they were finally too worn to wear - after 6 years of near continuous wear. Okay - I'm done gushing over Gap - and no, I am NOT sponsored by Gap... Just in love.

What you're missing on this tee is that it has the cutest flutter/puffy sleeves and embroidery detail. It's a basic white tee, with great better-than-basics detailing. So the scarf... I totally love it! But... I don't know who it belongs to! I found it on my bench in my kitchen and it either belongs to my former roommate, Abby, or to my mom. So if either of you are reading and want to claim your scar, let me know! If not (you're not reading or you don't want it), thanks for the scarf! The gold bangles were a gift from my cousin, Don. They are Thai gold and make the best sound when they clink together. Out of curiosity, I did google their value, since gold is at a high, but couldn't figure it out! They weigh 1.4 ounces if you want to take a stab at it!
