It seems like every time I decided to wear this skirt, there is a huge amount of wind! It probably didn't help that I was on top of a parking garage in the wind tunnel that is Reston Town Center. It was super nice of Reid to take my pictures again. Even though all I had with me was my little point and shoot camera!
I really think I like the look of the green top with this purple skirt, but I am not sure that I will pair it with brown again. I think I'd like to try it in the spring when I can get away with no tights! I still love wearing this skirt. I think it's that the ruffles make me feel like a little girl again.
As a kid I would always opt for ruffly things over plain, and skirts over pants. However, I still liked to play in the mud, go for bike rides, and hang upside down on the swing set, even in skirts and dresses. I don't think I owned a pair of tights without holes in the knees, and I remember putting a snowsuit on over a skirt on more than one occasion. I guess I still haven't learned to dress for the weather... Do you still have the same kind of style as you had as a kid?

ReplyDeleteCute skirt, and I like it with the brown. Can't wait to see how you style it up for spring.
