So this post (and the next one) are out of order because I wanted to get my Everybody, EveryWear post done on the actual day I was wearing my polka dots! I have to give a big thank you to my roommate, Liz DeBiase for taking (and processing) these pictures for me before we went to my nephew's 5th birthday party. I have handed her my camera on several occasions to take my pictures, but this is the first time that her own photographic style is being showcased.
I absolutely adore the sweater that I am wearing in this post! I got it from Loehmann's a couple of years ago and for some reason always refer to it as my "ugly sweater," even though I really love it! I think it's just a departure from colours that I traditionally gravitate towards. The one problem with it - it's not machine washable. I hate not being able to throw something in the washing machine! Good thing I have a new, front load washer with a gentle setting, and a huge bottle of fabreeze! Do you have any tips or tricks to take care of your dry clean only and hand wash only clothes at home?
**a little update - I will be working on a way to sign up here for light it up blue on April 1st and 2nd. In the mean time, go ahead and sign up on the website and grab a button!
