
In general I like Wednesdays. I don't have to get up early to coach, so usually I make it to the gym for a workout before work, but yesterday it just wasn't happening. I'm not sure if it's that I finally came down from my runners/weekend high, or what, but I just needed to stay in bed a little longer yesterday. Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn't have even taken outfit pictures, but now that I am back to posting regularly and caught up with no outfits in the bank, I felt like I should keep the rhythm going. Careful what you wish for, right!?
As life generally works out, one of my swim lessons canceled last night, so I was able to get in a good 4 mile run after my one swim lesson! It felt slow and my muscles were a little whiny (I'm sure if they could talk they would be saying "what? why are you making me run? we just did a 1/2 marathon!" My answer is "and now we are training for a 10 miler"), but all in all, it was a good run!
(and yes, there is a sock in my hair)
