cookies for dinner

immaculate chocolate chunk gluten free cookies

Reid and I have this very bad habit of not having a lot of food at either of our houses, so usually before we make dinner, we have to run to the store. On this particular day, I wanted cookies. Not because I wanted cookies, but because I wanted something sweet and I saw these in the refrigerated section. It went like this:

"Hello, Immaculate Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies, nice to meet you, get in my belly!"

Reid's love of cookies might only be rivaled by Cookie Monster's, so his approval of these ready-to-bake cookies means a lot! The package said to squish them to about a 1/2 inch thickness (as you might remember I make my Betty Croker GF cookies the same way), and maybe I could have squished them a little more, but they turned out super thick and softbaked! Just how I like them!!! :) So it was a bit of a happy accident.

When I was at the store over the weekend, I actually picked up another pack of these AND their brother - chocolate brownie chocolate chip cookies! Oh, and Manda - did you see that they are dairy free too!?!

In case you are wondering, I just saw these cookies at the store and bought them with my own money. I am in no way affiliated with the company, was not given anything from them, and they are in no way responsible for my content or sharing of their delicious cookies. I just like getting the word out on awesome new GF food!
