another found outfit... pastels

pastel spring 2

Is it just me, or does this outfit look a little like pajamas? I think its the pastels... Pajamas or not it looks super comfy. Again, I don't specifically remember what I did while wearing this, though I do know that it was the day before my birthday! (and a Wednesday, so that means the reason these were taken outside HCC is because I was teaching some private swim lessons after work)

So here we go, another post where I can ramble on about random things because these are found photos. Let's talk about blog friends!

Blog friends are people who you meet through your blog or their blog or social media and then become friends. I have a lot of blog friends that I met through meeting Michelle (That's so Michelle), both when we had a little blogger meet up at Reston Town Center and that were her long time friends (looking at you Ericka - The Sweet Life). And then of course, you start following people they know (Hello Ericka's sister Lindsey - Out for a Run).

But recently I haven't been able to spend a lot of time reading blogs, so my only way to catch up with blog friends is through facebook. And since facebook blocks a lot of page posts, that means I am only catching up on blogs of people I am actually friends with now. Enter Allison (Life's a Bowl) - we have only met online, but I have been following her super cute blog for a while and now she is going to be a neighbor! So we are going to finally meet in person soon (probably this weekend, since she's having a painting party and I love to paint walls)! And a new celiac blogger friend Ella (Start Close In) who I am going to meet for GF cupcakes next week!

I love meeting new friends, especially when we have blogging in common :)

  1. I don't think I've met anyone in person who I started reading their blog. (I Feel like that's phrased poorly!) I've been reading some blogs for years. I only have a couple I manage to continuously read nowadays and I rarely comment. (But I keep up with yours!) I mention your run/walking about once a week to different fellow runners who get bummed out that we run/walk versus run straight through and they think it's a bad thing. I also have the book that you mentioned years ago. And just yesterday I was taking my daily picture and thought the pictures reminded me of your poses which was weird because because I'm not sure I felt different while doing them but I think it had to do with how my back leg was positioned. If I wasn't a million days behind I'd show you the pics now.
