velata spices - Lemon Garlic Artisan Rub


I was starving after cleaning house all morning, but knew that I would be having a late lunch with Reid, so I just wanted a little snack. I checked the fridge for some dip to go with my ruffles, but I didn't have any. So I figured I'd turn one of Jennifer's velata rubs into a dip. I mixed the entire sample, just less than a teaspoon, with about a 1/4 cup (all I had left) of sour cream. It was delicious! A perfect little chip and dip snack!

I know this is even less of a recipe than my burger salad, but these rubs are really great and don't really require a whole lot of work to make something tasty! I can't wait to try the other two!
