I'm not sure this was the best idea of an outfit for a very windy, very cold day, but when I found out about the Everybody, Everywear:Blazers challenge, I knew I had to wear this! This skirt was one of my pre-remix shopping finds! This is the first time that I am wearing it and I love it even more than I did in the store! I wish I could find a way to wear it everyday. Actually, isn't that what this remix thing is about?
I love this whole outfit as a concept too! It's girlie - I mean a ruffled skirt in purple! It's laid back - white tee shirt, anyone? And it does one of DC's favorite things and mixes colours! (though if you look closely, you will notice that my shoes match the pattern on the skirt.) This is also the fourth (1, 2, 3) time that I have worn this blazer since I got it on my shopping trip with Jenny in December (scroll down). I would say that it has definitely earned its spot in my closet!

Brr. That wind looks COLD! You look great, though. That skirt is so flowy and fun, and it goes so nicely with that blazer.
ReplyDeleteI can see why you'd want to keep remixing the skirt, though, lots of possibilities.
