faded stripes

I seriously love that I can wear shorts to work! It's nice that I can put on a comfortable (and cute) outfit like this everyday of the week. That said, I know it's time that I break out my dresses and start stepping up my outfit game! I wore this the Monday before we left for the beach, so maybe I get a pass, since my efforts were focused on getting ready for vacation. Maybe...

Since I have been back, my efforts have been focused on playing catch up at work (a lot happens when you're gone for 4 days!), building my photography business, and spreading Beautycounter's mission - to get safe products in to the hands of everyone (as well as building that business, through spreading our mission). Not to mention keeping up with outfit posts here, swim lessons, swim team evaluations, marathon training, and spending time with Reid. To say I have a lot on my plate is a bit of an understatement, but I actually love it!

I feel really supercharged with ideas and inspiration at the moment. It's a nice change from when bejeweled was winning over productivity (though I do still spend a fair bit of time playing 2048 while I watch TV...). I'm really excited to roll up my sleeves, make some plans, put those plans into action, and share the results! :)
